Marianne Mackay writes about this photo: "This photo was taken of us on a summers day at Woodland farm park in the summer of 2005. Toby grabbing some random stranger to take this photo of us, little did I know it would be the only picture of us together there would ever be. It was a bit of a crazy one with us rushing there and then Tobes realising he had to leave to take Joel to a party somewhere. Then in a Toby random moment of spontaneity he decided to introduce me to his musician friend Toby Deans to help me with my music so we eventually ended up at my place in harpenden with Toby Deans playing guitar and me shyly singing my song and Toby very sweetly singing away trying to make me feel more comfortable and lecturing the other Toby on changing my songs too much. I only just got this photo after 2 years of coming to terms with the fact that it would never be found or maybe had never even been developed... Next page |
