"I will write some personal memories of Toby at a later date but for now I wanted to simply say that I am proud to say that I was a friend of Toby's. He was a man who taught me a lot about life he was full of passion, artistically sensitive, open about his brokenness, accepting of others especially those who struggled, he was one of the funniest people I have ever known, he was a strong fighter in life and a man who loved his family greatly. Words are not enough to say how much he will be missed. The world lost a rare treasure!
May Toby fill the heavens with his laughter and forever enjoy the health that he ached for here.
