"I am arranging a music concert in memory of Toby to raise funds for the hospice. Toby's concert will be on Saturday 21st October 2006 at the Barn Theatre Clubroom in Welwyn Garden City.

I would like all Toby's friends and family who would like to sing or play an instrument to contact me for more details about rehearsals etc. Please contact Marianne Mackay on 01582 768623 or email me here. Anyone wishing to sing needs to let me know by Sunday the 17th of September.

Also feel free to suggest songs that Toby may have liked to hear. Once I have an idea of how many singers we have then I will have a rough idea of how many songs we will each be doing. Any suggestions welcome. Don't be shy as this is our chance to sing for Toby and the idea is that all singers and musicians will be Toby's friends and family. The venue holds a capacity of about 60 people so anyone who wants to come can contact me and their name will be put on a list (to pay on door on night, cost 8 pounds and 5 pounds per children (age 8 or over) per ticket or send a cheque and I will be happy to post tickets out) please let anyone know about the concert who isn't able to get online.

Tickets are printed and going quite quickly so people need to contact me and get their names down to secure a place (They can still pay on door on night but I am happy to post tickets out) Doors will open at 7pm for strict 7.30pm start."
